Oops! Sorry about that.
So I assume that you are XP Home rather than Pro since you say you only have
administrative and limited type accounts. In Pro you have Permission Groups
rather than account types.
You said that you could access the directory while logged in as the user.
Can you set the Properties of the directory and is private an option you can
set there? If the account is limited you may have to make it an
Administrator to allow it to set properties of the directory.
The last alternative would be to delete the user and readd it.
