So do I and for the most part I love it. It's installed on the kid's computer so I can remotely administer it as well as spy on what they are doing from time to time. With my daughter tweenage daughter, it's good that she knows Dad is keeping an eye on her online activities, especially since she never knows when. Anyway, since my parents got broadband a few months ago and I installed UltraVNC on their computer, life is so much easier; when my mother calls, I can have a remote session going before she finishes saying, "I'm having a problem with..."

The only complaint I have with UltraVNC comes into play when Fast User Switching is enabled in XP and more than one account is logged on. It can't handle multiple sessions and defaults to session 1, which pretty much renders it useless when it's another session that is active. It's a known issue, and when I last checked, it remained unresolved. But, it's free and other than that it works great.

What if the hokey-pokey really is what it's all about?
