IMHO the answer would be Nero but you only have a lite version there.
I know because I use Samsung DVD drives & have several copies of the
above disk. If I were you I would get the Nero 7 Ultra Edition at
$79.99 for the download version. Afaik the OEM edition that you have
does not qualify for an upgrade price but if you go to
<http://ww2.nero.com/enu/Register.html> & register your copy maybe
you can get a slight discount.
