I can't answer your question directly since I haven't had a Win 98 system in years, but that screen saver in various configurations is available for free download from many places on the web. As an example of one of the more reputable, see:

I have also seen these screen savers on CD in a retail box that was free after mail in rebate so he might look around for that sort of thing too.
