The List is configured to reject any/all attachments and to remove HTML
content from multipart messages. i.e if a message is plain-text + html,
then the html part will be removed, leaving only the plain-text part.
Non-multipart HTML format messages are usually the cause of this msg. i.e.
there is only an HTML format part (which is not allowed) so removal thereof
would leave an empty message. LISTSERV will not convert HTML to plain-text.

No.

Depends on your mail client. For example, both Eudora and Outlook Express
will reply to a message in the format of the original message i.e. a reply
to an HTML formatted message will be in HTML format. There may be some
settings to override this default behavior. In any event, something in your
mail client settings is causing this. On your next new-message or
reply-message to the list, send a CC: to [EMAIL PROTECTED] so i can
see the raw format of the message.

No. That would produce a different error message text, not the one quoted.
