On some of the message boards I frequent, they are particularly castigated for their handling of rebates [I note there is a US$180.00 rebate involved in reaching your quoted price]. They at least gave lip service to getting that particular problem sorted out a few months ago, but I cannot personally confirm or deny whether they did. I am not qualified to pass judgment on the quality of the merchandise being offered but as far as dealing with the vendor, my opinion is that a healthy dose of "Caveat Emptor" may be in order.
