Just tried Acronis True Image and it's about twice as fast as Ghost and
allows incremental backups.  Files are smaller than Ghost too. Nice
interface as well.  Burnt my startup to a CD and ran the backup from that -
very easy..............!

Pro edition has support for dynamic discs and networks too (I think).
