Basically found that if messages are sent to this account in HTML format
then there is no print option for attachments. If the messages sent are
plain text or RTF then the print dialog option can be set to print the
attachments with the email.
I guess the department has to enforce the type of format being sent. This
explains why setting the formatting options of the receiving account made
no difference.
