Hmmmm, I don't think so, Wayne. All URLrun does is fix a broken URL. You have to
already have the full/real URL copied to the clipboard. Here is what PC World 
says:

Frustrated by URLs you receive in emails that are broken when you use them? This
program fixes the problem, no matter how broken the URLs happen to be. You 
simply
copy the URL from the email, paste it in your clipboard, and run the program. If
you happen to be using Outlook 2000 or Outlook XP, you can use an UrlRun add-in
that does the magic by simply right-clicking on a mangled URL you've selected.
