This appears to be a limitation of Agent, which doesn't handle
quoted-printable text format properly. Perhaps we will hear from
an Agent expert who knows of a workaround.
From the Agent 3.2 Help file
Why are Quoted Lines Treated as One Long Line?
What does it mean, for example, if you receive a reply that quotes
the message you originally sent, but treats the quoted lines as one long line?
It means that the quoted text was sent in "quoted-printable" format.
If you want quoted-printable messages to word-wrap, you need to
check the option "Word-wrap quoted-printable messages" on the
Composition Window panel (Tools menu).
