I can't confirm that. In my case nod32 stopped me with an alert before I
had a chance to download it.


NOD32 worked for me. The IMON (Internet Monitor) module put up a warning as soon as I loaded the page, due to the http checking function. If I reloaded the page and used the Leechget Firefox extension to do the download, the download would start, but even then the AMON (File System Monitor) would quarantine the file as soon as it was created.
