Depending on where you live, that may or may not be legal... But I'll assume 
you are some place where they won't take you out back and shoot you for that.

I personally use 2 programs.

DVDDecryptor and Dvd-Shrink. DVDDecryptor is handy in that if you have nero 
installed, it can also burn the dvd for you, works quite well.  Dvd-Shrink 
allows you to reduce the dvd9 commercial disk to dvd5 or smaller size.

As above, if you have Nero, you don't need that.

What other burning software do you have, does it recognize the drive and 
allow you to burn?
