You could, perhaps also charge for the service, but you would have to ensure that such a charging process was notified to the users ( E.G - If you cannot stop people parking their vehicles on your property, you need a sign that says something like: By parking here, it is agreed that you, or the owner of the vehicle will be subject to a fee charge of £150 to be paid for each complete, or partial day that the space is used, and that such a fee will be paid for each time that any vehicle is parked such as to be completely, or partially within this private area.
