Found out it was still under warranty, so I went to Apple.com and clicked
on the support tab to see about sending it in for repair. It said first to
try 5 trouble shooting steps, 2 of which she had done. The first one on
the list, resetting the ipod, she hadn't tried. I did that, and it has
been working fine since.
I'm glad I went to apple.com and saw that. I never would have even thought
of an ipod being something you COULD reset. :)
