This value is set because W9x will not run properly with more than 512Mb
ram.!!

The O/s now doesn't have to create as many handles. Remove the ram
stick/sticks to get 512Mb or less and comment out "Max File Cache".
The performance will improve ! Whether you can see the difference ??
