Not all keyboards work with such beast tho so they may be better off buying a keyboard that works either way. My Logitech & MSFT keyboards both came with PS2 to USB adapters. Knowing the specs on the laptop sooner would've prevented us from speculating on an answer as well. FWIW I have a lot of supposed friends that want assistance with their computers but I don't pass their questions onto the list with out at least asking for the specifics. Sorry but a fact of life is that "the devil is in the details", it's always been that way & it shall continue to be that way & without those details it's nearly impossible to give an intelligent answer that will actually fix the problem.
