"isn't likely to be repeated" means not airing on any channel in the next 5 years. "in the past" means 3 days ago.
For Rob, thanks for the emule mention. Problem with P2P of any kind is that I don't want to join the network and participate as a server. And some P2P software, such as Kazaa, comes bundled with adware, and some adware is quasi-spyware, hence my concern in that area. But ever heard of the TVLand channel if its available in your area. They air all of the classic tv shows from the 60's ,70's, 80's and 90's such as Gunsmoke, Bonanza, 227, Good Times, Fresh Prince Of Belair, all in the family ect. All of the shows us 30+ and over grew up with. They repeat once every month on a monthly rotation ;) Or better yet you can as an option skip the TV cap card get them all on DVD. How's that for a repeat. ;) -----Original Message----- From: Windows Home/SOHO [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Carl Houseman Sent: Saturday, January 14, 2006 10:56 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Downloading TV Doesn't solve the problem. Problem isn't TV shows that will occur in the future, problem is a TV show that occurred in the past and isn't likely to be repeated. And FWIW, standalone low-end TV capture cards go for $40 and work just fine. -- ---------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is your picture included in the Official Win-Home List Members Profiles Page? http://www.besteffort.com/winhome/Profiles.html If not, write to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
