That page says there are 6 different MP4 file types you "should" be able to
play.
(If you have blocked Media Player from the Internet you may have caused the
problem...)
Below, I was thinking of MJPG, which I would have to buy for Irfranview.
Nero ShowTime plays the same files, but is not a "for free" program.

Try Irfranview. If it can't play it, it will tell you the file codec
you need, and lots of them are free. Occasionally you have to
buy one and I believe this might be one of those times...

I have a downloaded MP4 video file.
Winamp opens the audio but not the video portion.
Is there a freeware or share app that will play this type of file?
