no, but certainly slowed down somewhat :) The rear fan-vent was SOLID,
and the cpu fan, hmmm :) according to the bios, the cpu fan was running
at 850rpm, with a cpu temp of 35C IMMEDIATELY on boot. It's a celeron
500, and I know that's way too hot, never mind how much hotter it will
get in use. The PSU vents were blocked just as badly. Not gonna make
much on this considering the value of the PC, but ho-hum, easy work.
