Thanks Wayne. "Answer" or "Fix," it did the trick. Took a while, but once I got all the deletions done it went right through.
One would think MSFT would be able to come up with a fix for this sucker, one way or the other. It isn't as if I have had it laying around for months. I just bought it from Best Buy this past week so I would assume they would have had time to do something with it.
