yes, all thats ticked, but on MY pc I've never had to use remote, so set
the service to "manual", just trying to remove that from the list of
possible reasons its not working (I gave us all passwords, pita on an
internal lan, I never usually bother)
Is the service running on her machine? If not try starting it. The service
needs to be running in order to "listen" for callers.
