Another question, and I'll try to do better this time:
Does it matter to Windows if you add a bunch of context menu extensions? Is
Windows likely to get confused and crash more often?

Which are you talking about as I don't see "target - open container"
anywhere on that page.

Shortcut Target Menu--find out the properties for the file to which a
shortcut is pointing
