Actually, PCPH (PC Phone Home) did install properly (originally)
-- even though the MBR was always write protected. Later, when
PCPH stopped working (for no obvious reason), I emailed Brigadoon
(the manufacturer), and they sent me the WRONG reinstaller.

Now I need to uninstall the incorrect ("Enterprise") version,
in order to reinstall the correct ("Professional") version.
( I tried reinstalling the correct version OVER the incorrect
version, but that does not work. )

Maybe Brigadoon CANNOT uninstall the incorrect (Enterprise) version
-- and they are too embarrassed to admit it ? Is that why they
don't want to talk to me (a "paid, licensed user") anymore ?

( They still owe me the CORRECT reinstaller... )

Now, I need to uninstall ALL of the Brigadoon software:

What is the best Install Monitor, to track down all of the file
and registry changes -- when I run the (correct and incorrect)
installers one more time -- to debug this mess on my hard drive?

Does any BIOS have this feature?

Thanks,
