When you say label are you asking about the label on the outside of the package that the CD comes in? The reason I ask is because the Volume Label is different. I don't use Windows Explorer but rather Total Commander & it displays the optical disk's volume label when the disk is loaded. The volume label has OEM somewhere contained in it. Another difference is that the OEM disk has a file in it's root called SetupXP.htm that my retail disk does NOT.
