For more info about the MFT file I suggest you visit the
MSKB <<http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/>http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/>

That link would provide an error page & one could click the upper most link to get to search the MSKB but the correct address is <http://support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1> as a friend also indicated Google works nicely too. One just has to key in Google on the IE address bar then hold the Ctrl key while depressing the Enter key. It works so well that I suggest that you create a search string using tweakui of GL to stand for <http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%s> so on the address bar you just key in GL plus the search phrase.

For those of you without Tweakui or too lazy then how about a reg file? Just copy-n-paste into notepad then save as google.reg & launch.

==========begin copy=========
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchUrl\GL]
@="http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%s";
" "="+"
"+"="%2B"
"%"="%25"
"&"="%26"

=========end copy===========

Sorry I can't make it any easier.

If you're still inquisitive then try other searches from the IE address bar such as
AF = Acronymfinder [very handy just keyin AF plus the acronym ie: AF WTH]
EX = Excite [keyin EX plus the search term]
GG=Google Groups [key in GG plus the search term]
KB=MSKB [keyin KB plus the article # (only)]
WC=WebCrawler [keyin WC plus search term]
YA=Yahoo [keyin YA plus search term] have you Yahoo'd today?

For the record none of the terms have to be in caps as I did that for clarification purposed only.

I suppose I could make it easier.

Upon request I'll send you my reg file that will add GL & the above.
