I used to run both at one time but couldn't stand the Nero packet writing
stuff so always installed the "Roxio" (pre roxio) the stopped using Roxio
and now hardly ever use Nero although it's installed.

Windows XP has excellent packet writing included so why bother with
something you have to pay extra for.  When you get the CD closed ditch
the packet software - it's only one more thing to go wrong and - any
computer running XP can read the cd.
