For Staples.com, the coupon code is usually given on the web page with the detailed description of the item. It appears they simply screwed up on the 200GB hard drive, because everything else I checked has a coupon code clearly displayed. You can call and order on the phone and get the proper discount applied, or you can order online and call later with your order number and ask to have the coupon credit applied.
