are you sure the printer has ink? <g> (Hubby didn't think it was funny when
he printed a map and only got place names because the color cart was dry.
Daughter and i chuckled, because we both knew it didn't work.)
anyway... the file outlprt i think and is either at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook or C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
