Hi,
XP laptop via wifi to printer (USB) on a Win2K PC. Both in same workgroup.
This arrangement has a bottle-neck somewhere! It can take upto 30 seconds to
get into the printer set-up, &, in Excel, every action to do with layout
takes about as long (print zone select, page layout, header & footer, etc.).
I don't believe it's any of the hardware.
Could be the router config or something? I don't remember it being this slow
when the printer was first installed a couple of months ago.
Any ideas?
