I have the problem every time, I have my email up which is Eudora
and I go out to the internet...

What do you mean by "go out to the internet";
1) launching IE from your desktop or
2) launching from a url within Eudora ?
I get the error box that comes up with the iexplore.exe telling me
it needs to shut down, ok? I ok it and then I have to start over.
You stated that you changed your email address. Are we to assume that
you were doing this in your configuration at eBay? Why were you
doing this? I hope you didn't click a link in an email message asking you to.
Have you cleaned out your temp folder lately?
I cleaned all that out yesterday..
Have you emptied you Temp Internet Files via the Control
Panel/Internet Options/General tab?
Has your start page been hijacked lately?
Please explain how I would know if this has happened.
Most likely your start page in IE would've changed.
