Thanks! So that's the Quick Launch keyboard command...
Starting with "focus" in another program, the fastest
keyboard command to reach a hidden Quick Launch icon is:
WinKey , Escape , CTRL+WinKey+Tab , Up (or Down) Arrow key
( WinKey+Q , Arrow key would be a whole lot easier... )
