Will the data cable come with Express Network software or is it

Didn't you answer this in # 2 ? The data cable does NOT come with
Express Network or WinXP.
Have I completely oversimplified?
Some how you've skipped the Dialup Networking setup in Xp but once
you do that then you can use the UN/PWD as described above.
