Thing to watch for is 2 (or more) applications or (nastier) services that
are getting large numbers in the delta,
'cos that usually means they are like a group of 2 year olds each with a
grip on the limb of a toy
lots of to- and fro'ing, but no-one gets to use the thing

Or in the PC case no-one gets enough of the real memory for long enough to
get on and finish the job

Unless it exceeds the system limits,
It doesn't really matter about high usage from 1 application
But it does matter if the combined 'wants' exceed the available resources.

And - if it's real memory that's wanted by two applications, then you may
not see lots of usage by the 'naughty' thread, as the OS will be using most
of the IO throughput available to keep swapping stuff in and out of the
pagefile, and the applications show very little cpu used as they keep having
to rest while the OS gets another page of data in for them, so they can ask
for yet another page.
That's why I keep the Delta values on the display.
