According to an interview today on CBC radio with an Environment Canada weather
forecaster (sometimes storm chaser) long range forecasts have, at best, a 50/50
prediction rate. A coin toss should do as well, although for the next 24 hours
the
forecasts are fairly accurate. Right now, I'd take any forecast in the 60-70s.

P.S. It may be that Environment Canada has no idea whatsoever about Dallas
weather, so local experience is probably the best bet... :-)
