1 -I would think it's a waste of time and space as this 'list' is 99.9% seen by
folk with the
knowledge and wherewith all to build and mess with their own computers.
2 - I shouldn't think 1% would actually buy a computer.
3 - This is a closed list so Joe Public would never see it and probably has
never heard of it nor
ever will.
However, as usual, I might just be mistaken!
