At first even the one in dll cache was replaced by the original until I
found that there were a bunch more steps to turn off SFC than to change one
line in the registry. Then I was able to use replacer to change both the one
in dll cache and system 32. Now I have the entire theme.

Replace the backup copy 1st that resides in
[drive]:\windows\system32\dllcache then replace the one that resides in
system32 so when Windows objects it replaces the one in the
system32 folder with the new one from the dllcache folder.
