Is the following true?
------------
The 'standard' means of closing an application is to use File-->Exit
The 'standard' means of closing a window (but not the running application) is
to use Close Window (Red/Black X)
Microsoft introduced a 'new' feature that when the last open window of a running application was closed, it would also exit/quit the application... IF no other processes were running from that application! Thats the key point... IF there are no other processes runniing.
------------
Thanks.
