Download and run Process Explorer:
http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/processexplorer.html

Click File / Find Handle, type the name of the file or folder and click
Search. This will tell you what program is accessing the file/folder.

Subject: Cannot move file

Hi,
I have a new slide show file that I created and want to move it to a
different folder. I keep getting messages that it is being used by
other programs, but no other program I have open is accessing this file.

This happens quite often. Usually I have to reboot to release the file.

Any suggestions?

Warm Regards,
Lou
