Amen to that!

Almost a year ago I signed up.  It wouldn't work with satellite so I 
cancelled within 10 days (you are supposed to have 30 days to cancel).
Well, they didn't cancel and have been billing my card monthly every 
since.  I called half a dozen times.  Still they kept billing and I kept 
stopping my payment with the credit card company.  Finally I was able 
to get though with someone who had a melon brain rather than a pea 
brain and they cancelled, charging me a cancellation fee. Yeah sure,
I just disputed it.  

The point is it was a big hassle.  I've a good mind to sue them for my 
time and trouble and maybe the judge will also award punitive damages!

I guess they provide "good service" to those who don't need it <smile>.
I have never heard a complaint from those who have it up and running 
correctly.  And why should they complain?
