What anti-spam software are you using? I'd bet that Spambayes or other similar solutions could be trained to weed it out. Outlook's junk mail filter catches 100% of the ones that come to an unfiltered (non-Gmail) mailbox. And Gmail's detection is similarly good.

This particular spam comes from different addresses, different froms, different and meaningless subject lines and is an imbedded gif so you can't use message rules to filter. So, apparently there is nothing I can do.
