BTW you might want to close all unneccessary programs to help. For instance, did you have the taskmanager open when you ran HJT? If not then taskmgr.exe might be suspicious. Also I would uninstall the Logitech DeskManager or whatever it's called. It installs BackWeb, which is not good.
