Not to mention that you need to be an administrator to install it and set it
up to allow access. I still say the best bet is to consult the IT staff at
work to determine the correct method to use.

I guarantee you none of the users on my corporate network would be able to
install this and allow it to circumvent our firewall, without IT
authorization. Our corporate standards support limited Remote Desktop and
PCAnywhere use in combination with a VPN.

She works at a small non-profit where she is the most knowledgeable person 
about computers. I'll have to go there and install it myself.
