Subject: Re: Norton Antivirus Won't Go Away

I still find occasional use for Peter N's "Commander" (pre-Symantec '93 vintage). E.g. when a client could not get rid of a couple of files quarantined by her AV app (Kerplunksky?), NC did the trick!

Norton Commander has bailed me out many times. It does not ask questions or make excuses. It deletes files or folders, period! My problem is that over 90% of my work now is in the NTFS environment where Norton Commander does not work. I find that it needs FAT16 or FAT32.

Any suggestions? We need a version capable of working in NTFS.
