That is exactly how I felt when XP came out !!

You would be surprised how receptive your customers can be !
Grab a distribution that you like !  Spend some time playing with it, 
not comparing it with Wins.  Sell your time and skill installing, 
maintaining and supporting it !  Give away some live CD's !!!
Make it work for you !

If your customers can click on an icon in Wins they can click on an icon 
in Linux.  Play the M$ game, but promote Linux to your customer 
instead !
