My opinion is that you shouldn't use FAT32 unless you chop the disk up
into smaller partitions. (Others will probably differ). I think that
Win98 will have trouble seeing the entire disk, you may be restricted to
the first 137GB when looking at it from Win98.
Of course, a Win98 machine would be able to network to your Win2000
machine and see and use the entire disk, regardless of what file system
you use. In that case the Win2000 machine is accessing the disk in
response to requests from the Win98 machine.
