All the free stuff at www.sysinternals.com is still there and free as of this second... although the site is having problems - responding very slowly as if the main server/location is timing out and failing over to a backup server/location.
Fortunately, I know most of the files I want to update and just grab them by typing in the URL for the filename. e.g. http://www.sysinternals.com/files/autoruns.zip etc. and these downloads are responding normally.
