The $150 in rebates on that Linksys require you to sign up for Vonage

The D-Link router isn't a bad price, but check in the D-Link forum on
dslreports.com and see if anyone is complaining about it. There have been
good D-link routers and there have been bad ones. I love my DI-604
(wired),
but hated the DI-624 (wireless).

DLink does offer great prices for their equipment. However! Their customer
service is TERRIBLE! Granted, I have never had to call Linksys nor Netgear,
but their products always seem to work seemlessly for me. You may find
yourself having a much easier time configuring the Netgear router than the
Linksys.

I setup a wireless network for my neighbor and during the course of the past
year, she lost the installation CD for her Wireless PCI adaptor.

Attempting to download drivers for the card on the D-Link site was easy
enough. However, their driver download didn't include all of the files
required to install the required hardware drivers...

While trying to contact D-Link and requesting a replacement CD as their
driver download was obviously faulty; we were told software is available
only with a new device purchase. Calling their customer service center
didn't result in any better results.

To make a long story short, I spent a brief period of time Googling for the
correct software, and after a few hours of profanity was able to get it
working. The untold solution was to download drivers for a completely
different card!

It is very good advice to read feedback from different sources before
purchasing computer equipment. I, for one, will NEVER recommend another
D-Link device.
