Hi Folks

Sitting here in sunny and hot Alicante - Spain (Not quite FL or CA but
close) I correctly deduced that the graphics card was the culprit and
brought anotheer out with me.

The original was a nVidia 128Mb with a small fan and inadequate
heatsink so
when the fan seized (as they so often do)the CPU fried and was
instantly
recognizable by the toased resistors on the reverse side.

Fitting new card and drivers solved the problem.
