A dial up connection will only appear on the ipconfig report
while it is connected.
Your ipconfig info says the dial up is NOT using dhcp, but
apparently, it is. So I set up a new dhcp based dial up,
connected and looked at the ipconfig info. It also says NO dhcp
is being used. Oh well, so much for accuracy in reporting. :)
Anyway, try connecting using the IP address instead of the url
and let us know what happens.
