You are correct -- it hasn't been released yet. The end of the year,
I believe, is the target date, which will be close to the target date
for Vista itself.
I've been running the IE7 betas for about three months now. Except
for a pop-up bug that rears it's head in certain situations, I've
found beta 3 to be very stable on the two of my three computers I've
installed it on. At first, I didn't see what the big deal was about
tabbed browsing, but I've since become a fan.
